The Leasehold Management Professionals (LMP) is an association aimed at bringing together the professionals in the residential leasehold management sector for regular events & networking, obtain valuable CPD and learn from our talented and experienced speakers!
We started The LMP in 2016 with the aim of bringing like-minded professionals in the Solent area together, from Poole to Portsmouth, with Managing Agents and Property Managers in between as far as Winchester & Salisbury.
With most events of this kind being held in London or at a distance, it is important to bring specialist CPD to the region. Our aim is simply to provide, at cost, these Continuing Professional Development opportunities to local managing agents and their staff.
Our events bring together managing agents in the residential leasehold industry from all along the South Coast to benefit from the professional speakers and talks, as well as valuable networking amongst your peers.
Currently other than a rare IRPM or ARMA briefing (and both of these organisations require memberships) every few years in our area, there is little opportunity to attend events like this. Here at the LMP we’ve scheduled to hold multiple afternoon forum events throughout the year.
